For the SACK of it

You know I don't mind listening to people that have a legitimate complaint and even those that don't as long as it it presented the right way!  I mean if the complaint has a valid basis by all means let someone know, it very well may make a difference and a change may well come of it and more is the good for it, but if all you want to do is piss and moan and do it in a poor pitiful me attitude!  Then as anyone that is in any position of importance we will listen to you smile when appropriate nod in agreement when it makes you feel good all the while thinking the same thing NUT UP OR SHUT UP!!
